  22. We had some similar problems with DEC notebook computers here.  POWER.EXE
  23. caused no end of problems, including dropped characters.  Removing it
  24. fixed the problem.

  26. Part of me really wants to know what power.exe is doing, and part of me
  27. would really, really rather not know at all.
